Your Tasks
As Head of E-Commerce, you are accountable for the commercial success, profitable growth and continuous development of Takko Fashion’s digital commerce business. You own the D2C e-commerce business across web and app and lead the end-to-end digital trading agenda, ensuring best-in-class customer experience, conversion, monetization and operational excellence across all digital touchpoints.
Your responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for our D2C e-commerce business (web & app) with full P&L ownership for revenue, margin, conversion, and ensuring profitable growth
- Definition and implementation of a consistent e-commerce and omnichannel strategy, including ownership of the digital trading agenda (trading calendar, onsite merchandising, promotions, conversion optimization)
- Management and continuous optimization of relevant KPIs such as revenue, AOV, conversion, traffic monetization, and inventory performance
- Further development of our e-commerce platform and app through CRO, A/B testing, personalization, automation and usage of GenAI
- Management of geographical expansion and localization of e-commerce in Takko Fashion’s target markets
- Ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer journey in close collaboration with CRM, marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service – including loyalty integration and omnichannel services to increase customer lifetime value
- Building, leading, and developing our high-performing e-commerce team, managing external partners, and acting as a central interface between business and IT
Your Profile
- University Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience (10+ years) in e-commerce / digital commerce, including multiple years with direct P&L and revenue responsibility
- Proven track record in building and scaling a D2C and/or omnichannel business with a focus on profitable growth and customer experience
- In-depth expertise in digital trading, conversion optimization, onsite merchandising, and personalization in a retail environment
- Highly analytical mindset and strong command of modern e-commerce technologies, analytics, and testing frameworks (e.g., web analytics, BI tools, A/B testing, personalization solutions)
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex interfaces between business, IT, marketing, and CRM
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities combined with a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style and business-fluent German and English skills
